5b. Candidates: If you are a Candidate, you agree to provide accurate and truthful information in your profile and job application materials. You understand that we do not guarantee employment and that the ultimate decision to hire rests with the Employer. You agree not to misuse any Employer’s confidential information obtained through our Services.

6. Intellectual Property

Our Services and all content, materials, and intellectual property contained therein are owned by or licensed to us.
