You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating your account and to promptly update any changes. You agree not to discriminate against any candidate based on protected characteristics, including but not limited to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, or disability.
5b. Candidates: If you are a Candidate, you agree to provide accurate and truthful information in your profile and job application materials. You understand that we do not guarantee employment and that the ultimate decision to hire rests with the Employer. You agree not to misuse any Employer’s confidential information obtained through our Services.
6. Intellectual Property
Our Services and all content, materials, and intellectual property contained therein are owned by or licensed to us. You may use our Services solely for your personal, non-commercial use and in accordance with these Terms. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Services without our prior written consent.
